Marines, commanders to get more records access

MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. — The Corps is overhauling its approach to personnel administration, a move that will give commanders instant digital access to troops’ records, cut down on lost paperwork and reduce the number of trips Marines must make to base personnel centers.
