US Marines Patrol Guatemala’s Western Coast in Anti-Drug Effort

Guatemala City – To combat the growing presence of drug traffickers in the Central American nation, 200 U.S. Marines have begun patrolling the waters of Guatemala's western coast, the U.S. military spokesman said Wednesday.
