CAMP FOSTER, Japan - The Commander, United States Forces, Japan has disseminated a new Japan-wide liberty policy that will take effect on Dec. 9. The new policy applies to all U.S. service members that are stationed in or temporarily visit Japan and will replace the previous 29 May 2013 USFJ liberty policy. And there are some additional management tools that specifically apply to Marines based in Japan, according to Marine Corps officials.
